Went in to get scrub tops and bottoms, needed embroidery done for the tops. Sales clerk told me it was taking around 1-1.5 weeks to get them done at the time, which was fine since they would be ready right before they were needed. I've called twice since then and it's always been 1-2 weeks more until they are ready, but they are at that department. It is now close to a month after purchase. If you need embroidery for any reason, choose a different company, as they will flat out lie to you to gain your business and then not care at all afterwards.

Hi Lady, thanks for your review! Unfortunately we are a retail store that provides embroidery as an added service, not an embroidery company. It is company policy that we do not accept external items, and has been for a long time. There are a few alterations and embroidery companies that specialize in outside work in Asheville, and a Stitch in Time is just two minutes down the road. We will gladly provide you with their contact information. Sorry we couldn't help you out!

The staff is friendly and the prices are about what you would expect to pay but the turn around time on embroidery is ridiculous. Had I known it would take up to 21 business days I would have driven to the uniform store in summerville that has a 2 day embroidery turn around instead
